COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lundahl Instruments DST-2004 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magpower products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mks product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magpower such as the CL115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS100S128su manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM1031301S by Manufacturer Mks as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand RHM0300MD701S2G1100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mj-Tooling such as SD1195 equipment made by Mj-Tooling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mj-Tooling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mj-Tooling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FIS08600003G made by Microscan as well as the popular F025S113CIAUEZZZZ original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPS by Migatron-Corp and SD1195 spares by Mj-Tooling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ULTIMA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Msa. |
